We are already well into February and quietly savouring new cars such as the Revo Datsun. There are many impressive new liveries too. Of those the recent Thunderslot releases are the most striking.
We continue to work on improving the functionality (and the functioning) of the Site.
If you go to the Home Page you’ll see that instead of ‘ancient’ latest additions, we now list cars available at reduced prizes. There’s also a tab on the Slot Car page for getting directly the discounted cars.
Bargain offers will remain available while stocks last and more generally for a couple of weeks.
Postage and handling charges have been increased. Partly that’s to improvide addtional insurance on parcels with a value of $150-$300. Australia Post’s “free” insurance maxes out at $100.
For parcels of four cars or more, it is worth wmailing me directly to increase the insurance cover to more closely reflect the value of the items being dispatched.
Expect an increase in the number of 1:24 scale cars on offer soon.. Scaleauto and BRM have each upped the number of planned offerings for 2024.
