The Kato 3-Way Extension Cord is for connecting up to three Kato power plugs which are used on the Kato Feeder Track and Terminal UniJoiners to the Kato Power Pack.

Can also be connected to a power pack with screw type terminals using the KATO #24-843 Adapter Cord (sold separately).
